help!. my anixety is really bad. :'(?
i never go into stores.. because i feel like i have to work sooo hard to get one breathe full.. i’m 13, && i’ve been suffering for 2 years && last night, i hyperventilated, && i swear i was gunna die, my heart was racing, && my face was red. my sister has the same issue && she got this the same time i did, its really strange. haha, but its good to know that people have the same issue as you, cause you feel alittle better, but right now, i feel like my lungs are weak, && this has been going since i 1st woke up this morning, && all nite, i really wish that it would just go away, sometimes i think god hates me, but at least its not something worse, like..cancer, cause then you’d really panic because thats something serious. i passed out 2 times because of my ’social anxiety’ && i had to get rushed to the hospital…but should i go to the hospital to get some anxiety pills? but last time i ask for some pills, they we’re like.."the symptoms would get worse, or they could get better" but my sister was on pills for it, && it seems to help her, she said she only gets a 1 panic attack everyday, but i get them 24/7.. so what should i do? i really want pills for it though, cause i hate suffering like this, && i try to help myself calm down, but i just cant do it anymore..

Wow, this is pretty extreme, especially at your age. What are you going to do when bigger stress arises when you are older, got a job, deal with adult stuff? You need to get this under control now. Different anxiety pills work differently on people, what works for your sister may not work for you. You should try different kinds to see what works for you. If the anxiety gets worse, stop the meds and tell your doctor. If you want to, you can go to a health food store and try St.John’s Wort. This has to build up in your system, so don’t quit them just because you don’t get immediate results. It is safe.
